Elena, our Humane Society Police Officer and Chami one of our Lifesaving Animal Care Techs introduce us to Ceviche! Ceviche is a six year old mixed breed dog that speaks Spanish. His previous owners lived in a Spanish-speaking household and imparted their native tongue on this cutie.
