Animals receiving veterinary care through our clinic must be up-to-date on Rabies and Distemper vaccines.
Full payment is due at the time of the first appointment.
Vaccine boosters must be scheduled 2-4 weeks apart.
No refunds will be given for missed appointments.
Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash, and cars must be in a carrier for appointments.
If your animal proves to be aggressive to handle but we are still able to perform the service, there will be an additional fee of $50-$100 to cover the extra medications and staffing needed to safely perform the services on your animal. If we cannot safely handle your animal, you will be refunded and referred to a full service vet.
